1. acceptance of terms

By using this site or engaging sphinx for commissioned work ("services"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

2. services

Services may include custom bot development, web dashboards, and related tooling, as described on the hire page or agreed separately in writing (including over Discord or email).

3. commissions & payment

• Pricing shown on this site is a starting point — final quotes depend on scope.
• Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) will be agreed before work begins.
• Revisions beyond what's agreed upfront may incur additional cost.

4. intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of custom code transfers to the client upon full payment. Reusable internal tooling, libraries, or frameworks remain the developer's property.

5. limitation of liability

Services are provided as-is. sphinx isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software, including downtime, data loss, or third-party platform changes (e.g. Discord API changes).

6. changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
